Cheesecake Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 18-24 large strawberries.
02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1/3 cup sour cream.
05 - 2/3 cup white granulated sugar.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional).
08 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Cut stems off strawberries and slice in half.
02 - Cut small sliver off backs to make them stand.
03 - Hollow out middle with melon baller.
04 - Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
05 - Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
06 - Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
07 - Pipe filling onto strawberries.
08 - Top with graham cracker crumbs.
