03 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Tater Tot Cones & Assembly

08 - 24 frozen tater tots
09 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Optional Garnishes

12 - Diced pickles
13 - Diced tomatoes
14 - Sliced green onions
15 - Prepared burger sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange tater tots on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until softened but not fully crisp. Remove from oven.
02 - While tater tots are warm, press and mold them into cone shapes using cone molds, silicone molds, or inside muffin tins lined with foil. Return to the oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden and fully crisp. Let cool slightly before removing from molds.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned throughout. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–5 minutes for flavors to meld.
04 - Spoon beef mixture into each prepared tater tot cone. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
05 - Arrange filled cones on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
06 - Garnish cones as desired with diced pickles, tomatoes, green onions, or burger sauce. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure tater tot cones are fully baked after shaping to maintain structure and crispness.
02 - Using silicone or foil molds results in more uniform and stable cones.
03 - Try alternative fillings such as ground turkey, chicken, or plant-based mince for variety.
04 - Swap in cheeses like American, pepper jack, or gouda to alter the flavor profile.
