10 - Extra ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until evenly browned. Drain off excess fat, then stir in ketchup, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
02 - Flatten each biscuit round into a thin disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto the centre of each biscuit disc. Top with shredded cheddar or a cheese cube, then gather and pinch the dough edges to seal. Roll into a closed ball.
04 - Arrange biscuit balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
05 - Serve warm, accompanied by ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Swap cheddar for American cheese or pepper jack for a spicy variation.
02 - Chopped pickles or cooked bacon can be added to the filling for additional flavour.
03 - Refrigerate leftovers and reheat in the oven for optimal texture.
