# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped
03 - 5 ml garlic powder
04 - 5 ml onion powder
05 - 2.5 ml salt
06 - 1.25 ml black pepper
07 - 1 (450 g) can refrigerated biscuit dough
08 - 240 g shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 60 ml milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C.
02 - In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease thoroughly.
03 - Add the chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet with the beef. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until the onion is softened.
04 - Carefully cut each refrigerated biscuit into four equal quarters.
05 - In a greased 23x33 cm (9x13 inch) baking dish, spread the seasoned ground beef mixture evenly across the bottom.
06 - Sprinkle 120 grams (1 cup) of shredded cheddar cheese uniformly over the ground beef layer.
07 - Arrange the cut biscuit pieces over the cheese layer.
08 - Pour the 60 ml of milk evenly over the arranged biscuits.
09 - Sprinkle the remaining 120 grams (1 cup) of cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
10 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11 - Allow the bake to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with your favorite cheeseburger toppings, if desired.
