Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough.
02 - 16 cubes mozzarella cheese (1-inch each).
03 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
06 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Split biscuit dough into pieces. Flatten each piece and put a cheese cube in the middle. Wrap dough around cheese and seal edges well.
03 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
04 - Dip each ball in the butter mix. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan.
05 - Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Top with parsley and serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent cheese from leaking.
02 - Best enjoyed right after baking when the cheese is still gooey.
