Chana Masala (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked chickpeas.
02 - 1 large onion, chopped.
03 - 2 medium tomatoes, chopped.
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated.
06 - 1-2 green chilies.
07 - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
08 - 2 teaspoons coriander powder.
09 - 1 teaspoon garam masala.
10 - ½ teaspoon turmeric.
11 - Red chili powder to taste.
12 - Salt to taste.
13 - Fresh cilantro for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Use soaked and cooked or canned chickpeas, drained.
02 - Cook onions until golden, then add garlic, ginger, chilies.
03 - Add tomatoes and spices, cook until tomatoes soften.
04 - Add chickpeas and water, simmer 10-15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.

# Notes:

01 - Can add coconut milk for richness.
02 - Adjust spices to taste.
