Preheat oven to 375F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Process cauliflower into rice texture. Skip if using pre-riced.

Bake cauliflower rice 15 minutes or microwave 8 minutes. Cool in cheesecloth.

Squeeze liquid from cauliflower thoroughly for 3-4 minutes.

Mix dried cauliflower with egg, cheese and seasonings.

Shape into 11-inch crust. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes, flip if desired for extra crispiness.
