Apple Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sugar.
02 - 1/4 cup water.
03 - 1/2 cup heavy cream, room temp.
04 - 6 tbsp butter, room temp.
05 - 2-3 tsp sea salt (optional).
06 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
07 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
08 - 1/2 cup butter, melted.
09 - 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
10 - 32 oz cream cheese, softened.
11 - 1 cup brown sugar.
12 - 1 tbsp cornstarch.
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
14 - 1 tsp cinnamon.
15 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg.
16 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
17 - 3 eggs + 2 yolks.
18 - 1/2 cup applesauce.
19 - 1/4 cup caramel sauce.
20 - 2 tbsp butter.
21 - 3 apples, peeled and chopped.
22 - 1/4 cup brown sugar.
23 - 1 tsp cinnamon.
24 - 1/4 cup caramel sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Make caramel sauce with sugar and cream.
02 - Make graham cracker crust, bake 10 mins.
03 - Beat cream cheese filling ingredients.
04 - Pour over crust.
05 - Bake 60-70 minutes in water bath.
06 - Cool gradually in oven then counter.
07 - Chill 6+ hours.
08 - Cook apple topping.
09 - Top with apples and caramel.
