Creamy Seafood Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ lb. uncooked pasta (fettuccine).
02 - 1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimps.
03 - 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces.
04 - 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning.
05 - 3 tbsp. olive oil.
06 - 2 bell peppers, cut into long strips.
07 - 1 large onion, cut in half and sliced.
08 - ¾ cup white wine.
09 - 1 cup chicken broth.
10 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
11 - ¾ cup Half & Half or heavy cream.
12 - ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
13 - Fresh parsley to garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted water until al-dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Cook chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning in oil until done. Remove from pan.
03 - Cook peppers and onions in same pan about 5 minutes. Remove.
04 - Reduce wine and broth by 75%. Add cream, garlic and Parmesan until creamy.
05 - Add back vegetables, meat and pasta. Toss to coat. Garnish with parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Wild-caught shrimp recommended.
02 - Chicken thighs more tender than breast.
03 - Reduce sauce properly for best texture.
