# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 1 lb fettuccine, uncooked

→ Protein

02 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

→ Seasoning

03 - 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp pepper

→ Sauce

06 - 1/4 cup butter
07 - 2 tbsp garlic puree
08 - 3 cups heavy cream
09 - 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

→ Garnish

10 - 2 tbsp chopped chives

# Instructions:

01 - Cook fettuccine according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
02 - Cut the chicken breasts into approximately 1-inch cubes.
03 - Add the chicken breast chunks to a mixing bowl and coat evenly with Cajun seasoning.
04 - Place the seasoned chicken in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
05 - Add butter and garlic puree to the pan. Stir until the butter is melted.
06 - Pour in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a boil.
07 - Reduce heat to medium-low, cover the pan, and simmer the sauce for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
08 - Remove the lid, stir the sauce, and add the cooked fettuccine to the pan. Stir until the pasta is thoroughly coated in the sauce. Cook for 4 minutes.
09 - Stir in the shredded Parmesan cheese until melted. Add chopped chives, stir well, and serve.
