Buttermilk Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ½ cups (312.5 g) all-purpose flour.
02 - 4 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt.
05 - 2 cups (490 g) buttermilk.
06 - ½ cup (1 stick / 113 g) unsalted butter, melted.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
03 - Stir in buttermilk until just combined, don't overwork.
04 - Pour melted butter in 8x8 pan. Spread dough evenly over butter.
05 - Cut into 9 squares, bake 28 minutes until golden.
06 - Let butter absorb before cutting and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overmix the dough.
02 - Can use baking sheet under pan for spillover.
03 - Let rest to absorb butter.
