# Instructions:

01 - Process onion, celery, garlic with oil until minced; cook 4 minutes.
02 - Mix panko with milk and hot sauce; add eggs, seasonings, and cooled vegetables.
03 - Combine meats with binding, scoop 1-ounce balls.
04 - Cook at 400°F for 16-18 minutes.
05 - Combine melted butter with hot sauce, toss with meatballs.
