01 - 6 100% beef hotdogs
02 - 6 brioche hotdog buns
03 - 1/4 cup prepared buffalo sauce

04 - 1 1/2 cup shredded coleslaw mix
05 - 1 medium stalk celery, thinly sliced (about 1/3 cup)
06 - 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles, plus extra for garnish
07 - 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
08 - 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
09 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
10 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
11 - 2 tsp honey

13 - Extra blue cheese crumbles

# Instructions:

01 - Heat grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
02 - Combine coleslaw mix, celery, onion, and blue cheese in bowl. Whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey for dressing. Mix together and refrigerate.
03 - Grill hotdogs to desired doneness, rotating for even cooking and grill marks.
04 - Using residual heat, lightly toast brioche buns open-side down on grill (under 5 minutes).
05 - Layer blue cheese slaw in buns, add hotdogs, and garnish with celery leaves, buffalo sauce, and extra blue cheese.
