Buckeye Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box brownie mix.
02 - 2 large eggs.
03 - 6 TBS all-purpose flour.
04 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
05 - 1 TBS water.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
08 - 1 cup peanut butter.
09 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
10 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
11 - 1/2 TBS coconut oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix brownie ingredients except chips until combined.
02 - Fold in chocolate chips.
03 - Chill dough 30 minutes.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
05 - Scoop 1.5 TBS dough, roll into balls.
06 - Bake 8-10 minutes until barely set.
07 - Cool 5 minutes on pan, then completely on rack.
08 - Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar.
09 - Form 1.5 tsp peanut butter mixture into flattened balls.
10 - Top cookies with peanut butter balls.
11 - Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
12 - Pour chocolate over tops.
13 - Let set until hardened.

# Notes:

01 - Three layer cookie combining brownie base, peanut butter filling, and chocolate topping.
02 - Space cookies 2 inches apart when baking.
