Bubble Up Pizza Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 count each, do not use Grand Biscuits)
02 - 15 oz jar pizza sauce
03 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 20 slices pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
02 - Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray.
03 - Open the biscuits and cut each biscuit into fourths. A pizza cutter makes this quick and easy.
04 - Place the biscuit pieces evenly across the bottom of the 9×13 pan.
05 - Pour the pizza sauce over the biscuits. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and add the pepperoni slices.
06 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 35 minutes until the biscuits are fully cooked and have bubbled up. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
