01 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil
02 - 1 chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
03 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 shallot, minced
08 - 1 cup orzo
09 - 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
10 - 2 cups small broccoli florets (approximately 1 small broccoli head)
11 - 2 tablespoons butter
12 - 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on each side for 2-3 minutes.
02 - Add minced garlic and shallot to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, then add orzo and toast for an additional minute.
03 - Pour in chicken broth and cook for about 7 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
04 - Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until the orzo is al dente, about 3 more minutes.
05 - Add butter and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the butter and cheese are fully melted and integrated into the orzo.
