Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a casserole dish with olive oil.

Take the chicken breasts and slice them in half horizontally. This will give you 4 thin chicken breasts to work with.

Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the casserole dish. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Layer the seasoned chicken with the chopped blanched broccoli, cooked and chopped bacon, shredded mozzarella cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken has cooked through completely (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Each portion is one topped chicken breast.
