Brie Pastry Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed.
02 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted, divided.
03 - 4 ounces Brie cheese, rind mostly removed and cheese diced.
04 - ¾ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped.
05 - ½ cup finely chopped walnuts.
06 - 2 tablespoons honey.
07 - Powdered sugar for dusting (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll pastry and brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
03 - Spread brie, cranberries, nuts evenly. Drizzle with honey.
04 - Roll tightly from long edge. Freeze 15 minutes to firm.
05 - Brush roll with remaining butter. Cut into 12 pinwheels.
06 - Bake 18-20 minutes until golden and cheese melts. Dust with sugar if desired.

01 - Can prep 2 days ahead.
02 - Chill before cutting for neat slices.
03 - Leave space between pinwheels while baking.
