# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package crescent roll dough.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - ½ cup white sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen works!).
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest.
07 - ¼ cup powdered sugar for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking tray.
02 - Roll out the crescent dough and gently seal up the seams to make a smooth sheet.
03 - Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl and stir until completely smooth.
04 - Spread the cream cheese mix over the dough, then scatter the blueberries and sprinkle the lemon zest on top.
05 - Roll the dough into a tight log, starting at one edge. Cut the log into slices about 1 inch thick.
06 - Place the cut pieces onto your greased tray and bake them for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
07 - Let them cool for a bit, then sprinkle powdered sugar on top and enjoy warm.
