Blueberry Cream Cheese Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blueberry Filling

01 - 3 cups blueberries
02 - 1/2 cup sugar

→ Graham Cracker Crust

03 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
04 - 6 tablespoons butter, melted
05 - 2 tablespoons sugar

→ Cream Cheese Filling

06 - 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
07 - 1/2 cup sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
09 - 2 eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Combine blueberries and sugar in small saucepan. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate 1-2 hours to thicken.
02 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into greased 9x13 baking dish.
03 - Beat sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Pour over crust.
04 - Make two thick lines of chilled blueberry sauce down length of pan. Swirl with skewer or chopstick, avoiding scraping crust.
05 - Bake 40-45 minutes until center is set. Chill well before cutting into bars.
