Blend all the milkshake ingredients with a blender until smooth and evenly blended.

After the milkshake is blended, turn off the blender. Set aside.

Using a spatula, decorate the inside of the glass with Biscoff spread.

Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass.

In a bowl, whisk heavy cream and sugar until hard peaks form, then transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag.

Top the milkshake with whipped cream, sprinkle with Biscoff crumble, and place the Biscoff biscuits on top.
