Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast.
04 - 1/2 cup warm milk (110°F).
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
06 - 1/4 cup water.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
09 - 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter.
10 - 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed.
11 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened.
13 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened.
14 - 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter.
15 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
16 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
17 - 2-3 tablespoons milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk, yeast, pinch of sugar.
02 - Let sit 5 minutes until frothy.
03 - Combine flour, sugar, salt in large bowl.
04 - Add yeast mixture, butter, water, egg. Mix until soft dough forms.
05 - Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth.
06 - Cover, let rise 1 hour.
07 - Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
08 - Roll dough to 12x18-inch rectangle.
09 - Spread filling evenly.
10 - Roll up from long side. Cut into 12 slices.
11 - Place in greased 9x13 pan.
12 - Rise 30 minutes.
13 - Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
14 - Mix icing ingredients.
15 - Drizzle over warm rolls.
