In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them more flexible.

Lay out each tortilla and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the special sauce on each. Add a layer of cooked ground beef, then top with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and onions.

Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly into a wrap.

Optional: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side to crisp it up.

Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with extra sauce on the side if desired.
