# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 8 fajita-sized flour tortillas
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste
04 - 8 slices Kraft American cheese
05 - 1-2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
06 - Dill pickle slices
07 - 1-2 tbsp oil for cooking

→ Big Mac Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
09 - 2 tbsp ketchup
10 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
11 - 2 tbsp dill relish
12 - 1 tsp garlic powder
13 - 1 tsp onion powder
14 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dill relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside.
02 - Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Smash each portion onto a tortilla using your hands, parchment paper, or a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Heat oil in a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 3–5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked through.
04 - Flip the tortilla and cook for an additional minute until the tortilla becomes crispy.
05 - Add a slice of Kraft American cheese on top of each taco and let it melt.
06 - Remove the tacos from heat, spread the prepared sauce on top, and add shredded lettuce and dill pickles. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with smaller tortillas like fajita size for easy handling and smashing.
02 - Smash the beef thinly to ensure it cooks quickly and evenly.
03 - Using Kraft singles ensures the cheese melts perfectly with an authentic Big Mac quality.
04 - Make the sauce ahead of time for enhanced flavor after chilling.
05 - Tacos are best served hot and crispy, but they can be reheated gently on a skillet if needed.
