In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, dill relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Set aside.

Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Smash each portion onto a tortilla using your hands, parchment paper, or a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 3–5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked through.

Flip the tortilla and cook for an additional minute until the tortilla becomes crispy.

Add a slice of Kraft American cheese on top of each taco and let it melt.

Remove the tacos from heat, spread the prepared sauce on top, and add shredded lettuce and dill pickles. Serve immediately while hot and enjoy.
