In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with juice, sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until the mixture is smooth and consistent, with no visible lumps.

Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the pan.

Place small pats of butter evenly across the top of the pineapple mixture. Sprinkle the cinnamon in an even layer over everything.

Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and the center is fully set. To test, insert a toothpick into the center - it should come out clean.
