Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 cup diced onions
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

07 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

→ Topping

08 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
03 - Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.
04 - Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Add a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
05 - In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
06 - Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
