In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.

Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4-inch circle.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Add a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
