# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti noodles
02 - 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
03 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
04 - 2 cups broccoli florets
05 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - 1 carrot, julienned
07 - 3 green onions, chopped
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
10 - 2 tbsp oyster sauce
11 - 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
12 - 1 tsp sesame oil
13 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
14 - 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove beef and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and garlic. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp.
04 - Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles.
05 - In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
06 - Pour the sauce over the beef and noodles. Toss everything together until well coated.
07 - If you'd like a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
08 - Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve hot.
