01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 -
Flatten each biscuit into a circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 -
Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit. Wrap 1–2 halves of turkey bacon around the cheese, then place it in the center of the biscuit dough.
04 -
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of BBQ sauce over the bacon and cheese in each biscuit.
05 -
Carefully fold up the biscuit dough around the filling and pinch to seal it tightly. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 -
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with the seasoned butter.
07 -
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
08 -
Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce for dipping if desired.
