Crispy Bang Bang Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bang Bang Sauce

01 - 1 cup mayonnaise
02 - ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon Sriracha
04 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Chicken Coating

05 - 1 ½ pounds chicken tenderloins
06 - 1 cup buttermilk
07 - ¾ cup all-purpose flour
08 - ½ cup cornstarch
09 - 1 large egg
10 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
11 - 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

→ Seasonings

12 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
13 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
14 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
15 - ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Set aside.
02 - Combine buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, and seasonings. Coat chicken.
03 - Dredge battered chicken in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
04 - Heat oil to 365°F. Fry chicken 2-3 minutes per side until 165°F internal temperature.
05 - Drain on paper towels, toss with sauce, garnish with parsley.
