Banana Peanut Butter Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 tsp baking powder.
04 - 1 tsp baking soda.
05 - 1/4 tsp salt.
06 - 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (3 medium).
07 - 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - 1 egg, beaten.
10 - 2 cups powdered sugar.
11 - 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter.
12 - 1/4 cup milk.
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
14 - Mini chocolate chips for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Spray donut pan.
02 - Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
03 - Mix bananas, oil, vanilla, egg separately.
04 - Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed.
05 - Fill donut molds 2/3 full.
06 - Bake 10 minutes.
07 - Cool 5 minutes in pan, then on rack.
08 - Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.
09 - Dip cooled donuts in glaze.
10 - Top with chocolate chips.

# Notes:

01 - Use very ripe bananas.
02 - Don't overmix batter.
03 - Grease pan well.
04 - Cool completely before glazing.
