Heat oven to 350°F. Spray donut pan.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.

Mix bananas, oil, vanilla, egg separately.

Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed.

Fill donut molds 2/3 full.

Bake 10 minutes.

Cool 5 minutes in pan, then on rack.

Mix glaze ingredients until smooth.

Dip cooled donuts in glaze.
