Add milk, ripe banana, and simple syrup to a blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. The mixture should have no banana chunks remaining.

Fill two 16-ounce glasses with ice cubes. Make sure to use tall glasses that will accommodate all the ingredients.

Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the two glasses, pouring it over the ice.

Pour the freshly blended banana milk on top of the coffee, dividing it evenly between both glasses. Watch as it creates beautiful layers with the coffee.
