Creamy Banana Coffee Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Milk

01 - 1 cup milk (any kind, including dairy or non-dairy options)
02 - 1 very ripe banana
03 - 1 tablespoon simple syrup

→ Coffee Base

04 - 1 cup cold brew coffee
05 - Ice cubes

# Instructions:

01 - Add milk, ripe banana, and simple syrup to a blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. The mixture should have no banana chunks remaining.
02 - Fill two 16-ounce glasses with ice cubes. Make sure to use tall glasses that will accommodate all the ingredients.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the two glasses, pouring it over the ice.
04 - Pour the freshly blended banana milk on top of the coffee, dividing it evenly between both glasses. Watch as it creates beautiful layers with the coffee.
05 - Serve immediately with a straw for stirring. You can either mix the layers together before drinking or enjoy the layered effect.

# Notes:

01 - You can use any type of milk in this recipe, including non-dairy options like almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk.
02 - For a sweeter drink, use a very ripe banana with brown spots on the peel.
03 - Simple syrup can be made at home by dissolving equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
