Banana Cream Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 tsp baking powder.
03 - 1/2 tsp baking soda.
04 - 1/4 tsp salt.
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
06 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
10 - 2 ripe bananas, mashed.
11 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
12 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
13 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
14 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened.
15 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar.
16 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
17 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
18 - Banana slices and cinnamon for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12-cup muffin tin.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
03 - Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
04 - Beat in eggs, vanilla, bananas.
05 - Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream.
06 - Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
07 - Bake 18-20 minutes until done.
08 - Cool completely.
09 - Mix filling ingredients until smooth.
10 - Core cupcakes, add filling.
11 - Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.
12 - Frost cupcakes, add banana slice, sprinkle cinnamon.

01 - Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
02 - Cool completely before filling.
03 - Can use ziplock bag for piping.
