Banana Bread Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup white sugar.
02 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
03 - 1 cup fresh sour cream.
04 - 1/2 cup butter, room temperature.
05 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
06 - 3 overripe bananas, well mashed.
07 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
08 - 2 cups plain flour.
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
11 - 1/2 cup fresh walnuts, rough chopped.
12 - 1/4 cup butter for frosting.
13 - 2 cups icing sugar.
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for frosting.
15 - 3 tablespoons fresh milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven to 375°F. Take a 9x13 baking dish, grease it well and put parchment paper inside.
02 - Mix both sugars, sour cream and soft butter till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.
03 - Mix flour, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Slowly add to wet mixture. Fold in walnuts if using them.
04 - Pour into your pan. Bake about 30-35 minutes until golden and cooked through.
05 - Cook butter until golden and nutty. Mix with icing sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth.
06 - Let brownies cool 10 minutes. Cover with frosting, then cut and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Keep fresh in a sealed container for 3 days on counter or 7 days in fridge.
02 - Works great with overripe bananas that are too soft to eat.
03 - Can swap regular flour for gluten-free blend if needed.
