# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 25 grams green onions, chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Dough and Topping

07 - 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
08 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
09 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and evenly incorporated.
03 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into eight triangles. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll tightly from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling.
04 - Transfer stuffed rolls to the lined baking tray. Brush the tops with melted butter and evenly sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and crisp.
06 - Present warm, accompanied by your choice of dipping sauce such as ranch, marinara, or honey mustard.
