Baked Bang Bang Cauliflower (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cauliflower

01 - 1 medium head cauliflower, cut and washed

→ Batter

02 - ½ cup flour
03 - ¼ cup cornstarch
04 - ¾ cup milk
05 - 1 tsp baking powder
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1 tsp paprika
09 - ½ tsp salt
10 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
11 - 1¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

→ Bang Bang Sauce

12 - ½ cup mayonnaise
13 - ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
14 - ¼ cup sriracha
15 - 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200℃ and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
02 - Combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour in the milk and whisk until smooth. If the batter is too thick, thin it out with additional milk.
03 - Add the cauliflower to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Then add the panko breadcrumbs and toss gently to coat.
04 - Place the battered cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden and crispy.
05 - While the cauliflower is baking, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and optional rice vinegar in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.
06 - Once the cauliflower is baked, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
07 - Transfer the coated cauliflower to a serving plate. Garnish with chives and sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately.
