Tropical Sunset Rum Cocktail (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

2 ounces coconut rum (e.g., Malibu)

1 ounce pineapple juice
03 -
1 ounce orange juice
04 -
1/2 ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1/2 ounce grenadine

Ice cubes
→ For Garnish

Pineapple wedge

Maraschino cherry

Orange slice
# Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Shake well until chilled.

Fill a tall glass with ice. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass. Slowly pour the grenadine down the side of the glass to create a layered sunset effect.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge, orange slice, and maraschino cherry. Stir before drinking to mix the flavors.

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute coconut cream and pineapple juice for the coconut rum.

The layered effect works best when you pour the grenadine slowly down the inside of the glass.

For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice instead of shaking.
