01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 8 slices thin-cut bacon

03 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and line a baking dish with foil or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
02 - Rub each chicken breast with olive oil, then coat both sides evenly with ranch seasoning mix.
03 - Encase each chicken breast with 2 overlapping slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
04 - Arrange bacon-wrapped chicken in the prepared dish. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the bacon is golden and crisp.
05 - If desired, top with shredded cheddar cheese for the final 5 minutes of baking; allow cheese to melt and bubble.
06 - Remove from oven, discard any toothpicks, and finish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot with preferred sides.
