Loaded Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

The ultimate grilled cheese combining creamy guacamole, crispy bacon, melted cheeses and tortilla chips between buttery sourdough.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon salted butter, room temperature.
02 - 2 slices sour dough bread.
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
04 - 2 tablespoons guacamole, room temperature.
05 - 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
06 - 1 tablespoon tortilla chips, crumbled.

# Instructions:

01 - Butter one side of each bread slice. Have ingredients at room temperature.
02 - On unbuttered side, layer half the cheese, guacamole, bacon, chips, remaining cheese. Top with second slice, buttered side up.
03 - Cook in preheated pan over medium heat, 2-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.

# Notes:

01 - Room temperature ingredients melt better.
02 - Can use gluten-free bread.
03 - Chips and bacon are optional.
