# Ingredients:

→ Tater Tot Cones

01 - 4 cups (about 640g) frozen tater tots
02 - Non-stick cooking spray

→ Cheeseburger Filling

03 - 450g ground beef
04 - 1 small onion, finely diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 6 strips bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
07 - 120g shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 60ml ketchup
09 - 30ml yellow mustard
10 - 15ml Worcestershire sauce
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish (Optional)

13 - Pickle slices
14 - Extra shredded cheddar cheese
15 - Diced tomatoes
16 - Chopped lettuce
17 - Burger sauce or extra ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10–12 minutes to soften slightly. Cool for 2–3 minutes, then shape tater tots around cone moulds or form cone shapes using foil, pressing tightly to secure. Place cones seam-side down on the tray, spray with cooking spray, and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until crisp and golden. Carefully remove cones from moulds.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add ground beef and minced garlic, breaking up the meat as it cooks, and sauté until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat, add chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until cheese melts and the filling is combined.
03 - Spoon cheeseburger mixture into each tater tot cone. Top with extra cheddar cheese if desired and bake for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese. Garnish with pickles, diced tomatoes, lettuce, or burger sauce as preferred. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Press tater tots firmly when forming cones to ensure structural stability.
02 - Cheeseburger filling can be prepared in advance and assembled just before serving.
03 - For added flavour, include sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of spicy mayonnaise when garnishing.
