# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 6 slices bacon, chopped
02 - 450 g ground beef
03 - 1 small onion, diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 cups cooked white rice

→ Dairy

06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

→ Condiments & Sauces

08 - 0.25 cup ketchup
09 - 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
10 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

→ Seasoning & Garnish

11 - Salt and pepper, to taste
12 - 0.25 cup diced dill pickles (optional)
13 - 2 green onions, sliced
14 - Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until golden and crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and reserve, keeping a portion of rendered fat in the pan.
02 - To the same skillet, add diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until translucent. Incorporate ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, then cook until fully browned, breaking up meat with a spoon.
03 - Stir in ketchup, yellow mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly to evenly coat beef mixture.
04 - Reduce heat to low. Fold in cooked white rice and reserved crispy bacon. Mix to evenly distribute all ingredients.
05 - Top skillet mixture evenly with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Cover and allow cheese to melt for 2–3 minutes.
06 - Remove from heat. Garnish with diced dill pickles, sliced green onions, and sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Substitute brown rice or cauliflower rice for a lighter alternative.
02 - For a more classic flavour, American cheese can be used in place of cheddar.
03 - Enhance flavour and texture with fresh tomatoes or shredded lettuce on top.
04 - Add jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
