Cheesy Bacon Burger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
08 - 1/2 tsp salt

→ Biscuit Wrapping

09 - 1 (8-count) can refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Garlic-Parmesan Topping

10 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
12 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the raw ground beef, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
03 - Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough. Take each biscuit and flatten it into a roughly 5-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
04 - Place about 2 tablespoons of the meat filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully bring the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching firmly to seal completely. Form into a ball shape with the seam on the bottom.
05 - Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each one to allow for expansion during baking.
06 - In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush this mixture over the tops of each bomb.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the meat inside is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
08 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, sriracha mayo, or ketchup.

# Notes:

01 - The raw meat cooks inside the biscuit dough, creating a juicy, flavorful center.
02 - These bombs can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking - just add 3-5 minutes to the baking time.
03 - For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes to the filling.
