In a grill pan heated to medium, add olive oil. Coat the chicken pieces in taco seasoning and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes, flipping as needed until they turn golden. Take it off the pan and set aside.

Follow the heating instructions on the tortilla packaging.

Lay a tortilla flat. Add the fillings—chicken, cheese, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, and Ranch—to the center. Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the fillings, tuck the edges in, and roll it up tightly. Do this for each tortilla.

Using a heated grill pan on medium-high, add the burritos, seam-side down. Press lightly with a spatula while cooking each side for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they turn crispy and golden with melted cheese inside.
