Avocado Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 (1.25-ounce) packet of taco seasoning mix
03 - 1 pound of chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, sliced into 1-inch pieces

→ Wrap and fillings

04 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 4 large flour tortillas, around 10 inches each
06 - ¼ cup of chopped cilantro leaves, fresh
07 - ¼ cup Ranch dressing
08 - ¼ cup sour cream
09 - 2 avocados, diced after peeling, seeding, and halving

# Instructions:

01 - Put a grill pan made of cast iron over medium heat and drizzle in some olive oil. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly on the chicken chunks. Toss them in and cook for around 3-4 minutes, letting them turn golden. Take them off and set aside when done.
02 - Follow the instructions on the tortilla package to warm them up.
03 - Start by laying out one tortilla flat. Pile the chicken, cheese, avocado chunks, sour cream, Ranch, and cilantro in the center. Fold the bottom part up and over the filling, pulling in the edges as you roll snugly to close it. Do this for the remaining tortillas.
04 - In that same cast iron grill pan, heat it up on medium-high. Place the wrapped burritos inside and use a spatula to press them down gently. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, flipping halfway. The outside should be beautifully golden, and the cheese should be gooey and melted.
05 - Serve right away while everything's fresh and warm.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap chicken breasts for the thighs if that's your preference.
02 - Another option is to bake these burritos at 375°F for 15-18 minutes, until perfectly heated through.
03 - Prepping in advance works too! Store them ahead of time and bake just before eating.
