Preheat to 375°F. Grease 9x13 pan.

Process flour, 1/3 cup sugar, salt and butter until crumbly. Press in pan.

Toss apples with lemon juice, arrange on crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.

Bake 20 minutes.

Mix remaining sugar, egg, milk, vanilla, nuts and coconut. Spread over apples.

Bake 20-25 minutes more until golden. Cut while warm.
