Cinnamon Apple Fritter Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup brown sugar.
02 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided.
03 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar.
04 - ½ cup butter, softened.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla.
07 - 1½ cups flour.
08 - 1¾ teaspoons baking powder.
09 - ½ cup milk.
10 - 2 large apples, chopped.
11 - 2 tablespoons sugar.
12 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
13 - 2-3 tablespoons milk for glaze.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan.
02 - Combine brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
03 - Toss apples with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
04 - Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla. Alternate flour mixture and milk.
05 - Layer half batter, cinnamon mix, apples. Repeat layers and swirl.
06 - Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool and glaze.

01 - Let cool 10 minutes in pan.
02 - Cool completely before glazing.
