Antipasto Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Ingredients

01 - 5 oz Genoa salami, cubed
02 - 5 oz pepperoni, cubed
03 - 5 oz provolone cheese, cubed
04 - 5 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
05 - 2 cups chopped tomatoes
06 - 1/4 cup pepperoncinis
07 - 1/4 cup halved black olives
08 - 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
09 - 1/4 cup chopped red onion

→ Dressing Ingredients

10 - 3 tbsp olive oil
11 - 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
12 - 1/3 cup powdered sugar
13 - 2 tsp oregano
14 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
15 - 1/2 tsp salt, or more to taste
16 - 1/2 tsp pepper, or more to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
02 - In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat all ingredients.

# Notes:

01 - I recommend buying the pepperoni and salami from the deli counter. You can also purchase provolone and mozzarella this way and request for them to be sliced slightly thicker, about 1/2 inch.
