Peel, core and slice pineapple into rings or chunks. Place about 2 heaping cups in a mixing bowl.

Combine melted butter, maple syrup and cinnamon in small bowl. Pour over pineapple slices and gently mix to coat evenly.

Carefully place pineapple pieces in single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry at 380°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until caramelized.

While pineapple cooks, combine cashew cream/vegan mayo, lime juice, and chili powder in small bowl.

Enjoy warm or cold as a dessert or side dish. Serve with optional chili lime dip if desired.
