Easy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

→ Marinade

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Mix olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, and all seasonings in a medium bowl until well blended.
02 - Add chicken thighs to marinade and toss until well coated.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
04 - Place chicken smooth-side down in single layer. Cook 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

02 - Reheat at 370°F for 1-3 minutes
