# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
03 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
09 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

→ Wrap Assembly

10 - 4 large flour tortillas
11 - 120 g shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1 small tomato, diced
13 - 60 g shredded lettuce
14 - Pickles, sliced to taste
15 - Olive oil spray

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened, about 2–3 minutes.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook, breaking apart with a spatula, until beef is browned throughout.
03 - Stir in ketchup and mustard until evenly combined. Remove skillet from heat and set beef mixture aside.
04 - Lay a flour tortilla flat. Arrange a layer of shredded cheddar cheese in the centre. Spoon the beef mixture over the cheese, then add diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and sliced pickles as desired.
05 - Fold in both sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly to secure the filling, forming a sealed wrap.
06 - Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil spray to promote browning.
07 - Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crisp.
08 - Slice wraps in half and present with preferred dipping sauces.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crispiness, avoid overfilling each tortilla and ensure edges are tightly sealed before air frying.
02 - Light olive oil spray on the outside helps achieve a golden brown finish.
03 - You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner filling or experiment with different cheeses for varied flavour.
