# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 200 g spaghetti

→ Filling

02 - 250 g ground beef, turkey, or plant-based mince
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce

08 - 240 ml marinara sauce or preferred pasta sauce

→ Shells & Toppings

09 - 8 crunchy taco shells
10 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - Grated parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
13 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
14 - Chili flakes or hot sauce, to taste (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, turkey, or plant-based mince. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned and cooked through.
03 - Pour marinara sauce into the skillet with the cooked mince. Stir to combine and allow to simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
04 - Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet. Toss thoroughly until all noodles are coated in sauce and meat mixture.
05 - Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange taco shells on a baking tray and fill each shell with the spaghetti mixture.
06 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the filled tacos. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and shells are crisp.
07 - Garnish with grated parmesan, fresh parsley, chili flakes, or hot sauce as desired. Serve immediately while hot.
